Please call for shipping rates for orders over $100 or for Expedited Shipping Rates. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground, depending on the size of the order

Returns/Breakage : Since these are individually made custom orders, there are no returns. Although precautions are made to prevent breakage, due to the fragility of the product, this occurs occasionally. Please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order to report breakage. Please keep your box, the item, and all packing material so that a claim may be filed. Your item(s) will be replaced when reported.
